By accessing horizam.us or engaging Horizam Tech LLC for software development, AI automation, or related professional services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Engagements are additionally governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and any Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed by both parties.

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute material from this site without prior written permission from Horizam Tech LLC.

3. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks on this site are the property of Horizam Tech LLC or their respective owners. Client work product is assigned to the client per the SOW.

4. Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Horizam Tech LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this site. Service-specific liability terms are governed by the signed MSA.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
